Make an outfit reference card
Choose an outfit you already like wearing. Photograph it or sketch the main shapes, then list the individual pieces. Add a note about the occasion, comfort and anything you would change next time.
Notice the proportions: where a jacket ends, how a trouser shape balances a top, or how an accessory changes the overall impression. Describe those relationships without turning them into rules for everyone.
Keep a few cards together for days when choosing feels difficult. A reference collection based on your own clothes can be more useful than a folder of looks you cannot recreate.
